Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of clients’ residential and hospitality properties, ensuring high standards of service and satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, handling inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Manage tenancy agreements, renewals, and terminations in line with current legislation.
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and report findings to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all property-related transactions and activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Property Manager in a property management company is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of residential property management practices and UK property regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software and general IT systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
